What will I receive each month?

Every mailing is different, but may include a mix of postcards, stories, recipes, playlists, photographs, stickers, and other Texas-inspired surprises. Each month's theme highlights a different place, tradition, season, or story from around Texas.

When will my first mailing arrive?

Monthly mailings are typically mailed during the first week of each month. New subscriptions placed before the 27th will receive the following month's mailing. Orders placed after the 27th will begin with the next month's mailing.

Can I update my address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address and account information through your customer portal at any time.

When will I be billed?

Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month as your original subscription date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. There are no long-term commitments.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Postcards from Texas Co ships only within the United States. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

Is tracking included?

To help keep memberships affordable, mailings are sent through USPS using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
