What will I receive each month?

Every mailing is different, but may include a mix of postcards, stories, recipes, playlists, photographs, stickers, and other Texas-inspired surprises. Each month's theme highlights a different place, tradition, season, or story from around Texas.

Do you use AI in your designs?

Yes. Some Postcards From Texas Co. designs are created using a combination of Canva, AI-assisted creative tools, and my own creative direction and editing. AI may help bring an idea or illustration to life, but I select, customize, format, and finish each design for the final product.

Not everything I offer is AI-assisted. I also use my own photography and artwork and feature work from independent artists. When another artist’s work is featured, the artist is always credited.

When will my first mailing arrive?

Monthly mailings are typically mailed during the first week of each month. New subscriptions placed before the 27th will receive the following month's mailing. Orders placed after the 27th will begin with the next month's mailing.

Can I update my address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address and account information through your customer portal at any time.

When will I be billed?

Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month as your original subscription date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. There are no long-term commitments.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Postcards from Texas Co. ships to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations currently supported by our shipping partners.

International orders have a flat $4 shipping fee added at checkout.

How long does shipping take? Is there tracking?

All Postcards from Texas Co. mail is sent through USPS First-Class Mail using stamps. This helps keep subscription costs affordable while delivering a little Texas happy mail to your mailbox each month.

Because envelopes are mailed with stamps, tracking is not available.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5-10 business days after mailing

Canada: 7-14 business days after mailing

International: 10-20 business days after mailing, depending on customs and local postal services

Please note that international deliveries may occasionally take 3-6 weeks, especially during holidays or periods of high mail volume.
